Crafting Moments: The District Cocktail Story

Shortly after opening his restaurant, Pearl District, in Westlake Village in 2014, Peyman Afshar was determined to elevate his favorite cocktail, the Manhattan, by aging the ingredients in oak barrels, giving them time to blend for a more balanced and smoother taste.

Due to popular demand and after years of experimenting in search of the perfect mix of ingredients and time spent in barrels, District Cocktails was born, featuring not one but two classic American cocktails, the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned. Both are aged to perfection, ready to be enjoyed by all, whether at a restaurant, at home, or around the campfire with friends.
